BOM SUCESSO
Built as a Golf Resort and housing development and opened in 2008, Bom Sucesso offers a 6,200 metre 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
The golf course, designed as two distinct loops of nine holes by the world-renowned architect Donald Steel, is a fantastic design incorporating the natural landscape to produce a course which blends with it's surroundings and offers a superb challenge to golfers of all abilities.
With winding fairways and huge, well protected greens the first nine holes are played on reasonably level terrain whilst the back nine are laid out on more undulating terrain (and offer some spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Obidos lagoon and the coast).
The course is always maintained to a high standard.

GOLDEN EAGLE
Formerly known as Quinta do Brinçal, the Golden Eagle golf course was designed by Rocky Roquemore, the man responsible for many of the best courses up and down the Lisbon coast.
From the championship tees, Golden Eagle can be stretched to a mighty 7,243 yards, and is a serious par-72 test. The course demands good strategy, as avoiding the penal woodland that lines many fairways is crucial. The scenic course affords splendid views of the surrounding landscape, while specific highlights include the 3rd hole, which is a test of nerve, demanding an approach shot over a threatening water hazard.
This lovely course is well worth a visit, and adds nice variety to a golf holiday in this lovely part of Portugal.
